Benjamin Percy reads from and discusses his novel, The Wilding (Graywolf, 2010).
In addition to his novel, Percy is author of two collections of short stories: Refresh, Refresh (Graywolf, 2007) and The Language of Elk (Carnegie Mellon, 2006). “Refresh, Refresh” won a Pushcart Prize, and was selected for Best American Short Stories 2006.
His fiction and nonfiction have been read on National Public Radio, performed at Symphony Space, and published by Esquire, Men’s Journal, Paris Review, Chicago Tribune, Glimmer Train, The Wall Street Journal, among others. He teaches creative writing at Iowa State University in Ames.
